You have never played bluegrass
until you play at the Historic Railroad Station in Frostburg. This was a
feeling of stepping back in time. We played on the stage inside the depot
which had been renovated to original condition of early 1900’s We
were playing hard-driving bluegrass
when the scenic railroad train came in and dumped off 100’s of
bluegrass hungry people. What a great feeling!

What a crowd at the Canal Place in Cumberland, MD.
It was a “one-on-one” relationship with all of the people. We
played on the street beside the waterfall and had a great time.

It was a first time for
me- that is ; playing at the famous Lucketts School house in Lucketts, VA.
I know they get all of the big name bands to play there. The management
and the audience were wound-up and ready for bluegrass. We had a great
time and are definitely going back!

Flatwoods was out of
this world! Those people know how to love bluegrass. They recorded us for
the web and are going to make a video of us. These people are also a
“bluegrass preservation
society” They get a
thumbs up from me!!!

What can you say about
Landes Ruritan. First of all the Ruritan people always make the best
food. However, these people are a step above the rest. They have long
been associated with music since they were long time affiliates with the
“Pansie
Opera” Good times- good food and we will be
there every 2nd Friday of every moth this winter. Check out
are schedule page and come on out.

That music job at
Beatty’s Furniture above Butler, PA.
was great. Fine people and fine food were everywhere. We played on a 45ft
flat trailer that was decked out with hay bails and corn stalks. What fun
we had! It was the closest thing we ever had to “HEE- HAW”

What a wonderful time
we had in Nova, Ohio at the big bluegrass festival. We met a lot of
other entertainers and had a pleasurable weekend.

The Sagebrush Roundup.
Now that is a place where everyone should get to play at least one time!
Those wonderful music lovers gave us a standing ovation. I can’t
wait until we can go back there one day.
